Daniel N.D. Heller, Medical Director

Medical Director for Medical Imaging on 1st is Daniel N.D. Heller, M.D., a board certified radiologist with TRA Medical Imaging. Dr. Heller has advanced fellowship training in Body CT and MRI Imaging with subspecialty interests in cardiac, musculoskeletal, and oncologic imaging. After his fellowship, Dr. Heller was at University of California, San Francisco, working as an assistant professor for two years before joining TRA Medical Imaging in 2001. For the last six years he has served as medical director of the TRA-Lakewood clinic. His medical expertise, combined with his compassion for patients, makes him an ideal fit as medical director for Medical Imaging on 1st.

Dr. Heller and the staff at Medical Imaging on 1st are backed by the region’s premier radiology subspecialists—TRA Medical Imaging. TRA’s board certified radiology physicians have provided imaging interpretation to South Puget Sound for over 60 years. They interpret all imaging exams through an integrated PACS imaging system that ensures timely interpretation by a subspecialty trained radiologist.
